Intervention
We conducted a BE ME™ diagnostic across leadership dynamics, decision patterns and operating conditions to identify points of interference across people, decisions and environment and assess how behavioural, environmental and performance factors were influencing outcomes. This included evaluating leadership clarity, communication patterns, decision environments and organisational pressures, followed by facilitated alignment sessions and targeted leadership integration.
