Our Alignment Method

Our work is grounded in the biopsychosocial model and systems theory — frameworks long used in medicine, psychology and performance science — evolved for the realities of modern life and work.

We assess alignment across four interconnected domains that shape how a person thinks, feels, decides, and sustains energy. When these domains move in coherence, clarity sharpens and performance stabilises across life and work.

This method allows us to identify where alignment will most directly strengthen performance, shape culture, and improve decision-making — and where targeted intervention will create the greatest impact.

  • All Organisational Alignment™ work begins with the Alignment Capability Lab™.

    This is a half-day, on-site or virtual working session designed to identify where misalignment is present across the organisation and how it is affecting performance, decision-making, and culture.

    During the Lab, we assess alignment across four interconnected domains that influence how teams operate and perform — especially under pressure.

    The Alignment Capability Lab™ is a complete and valuable engagement in its own right.

    Organisations leave the Lab with:

    • clear visibility into where misalignment is showing up

    • shared language for what’s interfering with performance

    • practical, prioritised areas of focus

    • grounded next steps leadership can act on immediately

  • For organisations who choose to continue.

    Following the Alignment Capability Lab™, some organisations choose to continue into ongoing Organisational Alignment work.

    This may include leadership advisory, team engagement, or longer-term alignment programs, shaped around organisational needs and scale.

    Ongoing work is discussed only if and when it feels appropriate.
